Mandate:
The Company was required to spend Rs 97.29 Cr during the financial year 2017-18. As against this mandate, the Company spent R 100.92 Cr towards various activities for the benefit of the community. This exceeds the required spend by R 3.63 Cr. The CSR spend for FY 2017-18 is 2.07% of net profit.
