Professional Profile
Introduction: I am working at Analytical Chemistry Centre of National Metallurgical Laboratory (NML), Jamshedpur as Scientist Gr. IV(4). I am joined in CSIR-NML on 2.6.1997 as Scientist Gr.IV(1) and contuing in the same organisation. During the period of 1997 to 2006 I have carried out research in the field of arsenic removal processes and other heavy metals removal processes as well. I have developed expertise in the filed of Instrumental analytical chemistry during this period. I have taken the responsibility of Quality manager for NABL accreditation for ANC division in the year of 2007 and continued till 2012.. and initiate to work for it. I have received number of training programmes related to NABL and Development of Certified Reference Materials (CRMs).In 2012 I have developed a State of Art Coal Characterization Laboratory in CSIR-NML and acted as Project leader in several coal characterization projects. I am completely engaged myself in coal research (Advanced characterization of coal, combustion behaviour of different coal macerals etc.) and continuing this activity in future coarse of research.
